Jenis kopi yang diproduksi oleh pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Sumberwringin adalah Arabika dan Robusta. Ciri-ciri kopi arabika ini memiliki aroma yang kuat, kental, keasaman tinggi, serta kandungan kafein pada kopi arabika lebih rendah dari kopi robusta, sedangkan kopi robusta memiliki ciri rasa yang kental dan agak pahit.
